Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) lists conduct that is prohibited on LaserGlobal.ai. It supplements our Terms of Service.
§ 1 · Prohibited conduct
- Scraping / automated bulk extraction of marketplace listings, community content, machine passports, warranties, insurance docs or Guardian AI responses.
- Reverse engineering the platform, The Guardian agent, the Trust Score algorithm or any embedded model.
- Resale / sublicensing of any platform feature or data set to third parties.
- Unsafe / unlawful use of platform output, including the use of laser process settings, beam-path data or material guidance for weaponised, surveillance, or otherwise illegal purposes.
- Misrepresentation — falsifying credentials, insurance certificates, machine ownership, or community identity.
- Abuse of community features — harassment, doxxing, hate speech, spam, or coordinated misinformation.
- Security testing without authorisation — vulnerability research is welcome under our responsible-disclosure programme (see below) but unannounced offensive testing is not.
§ 2 · Enforcement steps
We follow a graduated enforcement model:
- Warning & education — for first-time, low-severity issues, we explain the violation and ask you to remediate within a stated window.
- Temporary suspension — for repeat or moderate violations, your account is read-only while we investigate. Trust Score is frozen.
- Permanent termination — for severe or repeated violations (or any single safety-critical issue), the account is closed and the user is blacklisted at the email + payment-method level.
§ 3 · Reporting a violation
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, report it via:
- The in-app Report button on community posts and listings; or
- Email trust@laserglobal.com with a description of the issue, URLs, and any supporting evidence.
Reports are acknowledged within 2 business days. We do not share reporter identity without consent except where required by law.
§ 4 · Responsible vulnerability disclosure
Security researchers may submit findings to security@laserglobal.com. We commit to acknowledging receipt within 5 business days and to working in good faith. Do not exfiltrate user data, do not pivot beyond the proof-of-concept, and give us a reasonable window (90 days) before public disclosure.
