Global AI Group LLC respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and analogous regimes (e.g. EU Directive 2019/790).
§ 1 · Submitting a takedown notice
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Designated Agent below containing the following (DMCA §512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL, listing ID, post ID).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorised by the rights holder.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

§ 2 · Submitting a counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your contact info; and consent to jurisdiction of a federal court in your district (or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida if outside the U.S.).
§ 3 · Repeat-infringer policy
Accounts that receive repeated, valid DMCA notices will be terminated and the responsible user blacklisted at the email + payment-method level.
§ 4 · Abuse of process
Knowingly material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject you to damages, including costs and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
