有効なDMCA通知を繰り返し受けたアカウントは終了され、責任ユーザーはメール+支払い方法レベルでブラックリスト登録されます。

DMCA通知または異議申し立てにおける故意の重大な虚偽表示は、17 U.S.C. §512(f)に基づく費用および弁護士費用を含む損害賠償の対象となる場合があります。
