This Policy explains how subscription cancellation, downgrades and refunds work on LaserGlobal.ai.
§ 1 · Отмена
Вы можете отменить подписку в любое время через Настройки > Аккаунт > Подписка > Отменить. Cancellation stops the next renewal only — it does not end your current paid period. Your paid features remain available through the end of the current paid billing period (monthly or annual). At the end of that paid period, your account downgrades to the applicable Free plan.
Cancelling a subscription is a separate action from closing or deleting your account. Cancellation leaves your account and existing data intact under the normal retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. If you also want to close your account, use Settings → Account → Close account.
§ 2 · Возвраты
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not generate a refund; your paid access simply continues until the end of the current paid period.

§ 3 · Понижение тарифа
Переход на более низкий тарифный план вступает в силу с начала следующего расчётного периода. Мы не производим пропорциональный перерасчёт при понижении тарифа внутри оплаченного периода.
§ 4 · Споры и эскалация
Contact billing@laserglobal.com в течение 30 дней с момента спорного списания. Если мы не сможем решить вопрос в течение 30 дней, вы можете обратиться к механизму разрешения споров в разделе 10 наших Условия использования. Чарджбеки по карте, инициированные без предварительного контакта, будут оспариваться.
