Global AI Group LLC (“LaserGlobal.ai”, “we”, “us”) is a global B2B SaaS platform for laser professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and equivalent regimes.

§ 3 · 데이터 사용 방법
- 서비스 제공. 귀하를 인증하고, 요청을 적절한 포털(고객, 제조사, 보험 제공사, 관리자, 온보딩 관리자)로 라우팅하며, 귀하의 데이터를 표시합니다.
- AI 어시스턴트(“The Guardian”) 실행. 프롬프트 + 최소 필요 컨텍스트를 LLM 프로세서(Anthropic)로 전송하여 질문에 답변합니다. 귀하의 프롬프트를 제3자 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 플랫폼 개선. 집계되고 익명화된 텔레메트리는 버그 수정, 기능 우선순위 지정 및 악용 탐지에 사용됩니다.
- 구독 청구. 귀하의 청구 정보를 Stripe로 전송하여 카드를 청구합니다; Stripe는 카드 토큰 자체의 데이터 컨트롤러입니다.
- 마케팅 (동의 기반). 동의 시 제품 업데이트 및 온보딩 이메일을 발송합니다. 모든 이메일에는 원클릭 수신거부가 포함됩니다.
- 법률 및 안전. 법원 명령, 세법, 사기 방지 및 플랫폼 무결성을 준수합니다.
§ 5 · 국제 데이터 전송
플랫폼은 미국에서 운영됩니다. 개인 데이터가 유럽 경제 지역, 영국 또는 스위스에서 적정성 결정이 없는 국가로 전송될 때 당사는 다음에 의존합니다:
- 표준 계약 조항 (EU 집행위원회 이행 결정 2021/914) 및 영국 전송의 경우 영국 국제 데이터 전송 부록.
- 추가 기술적 및 조직적 조치 — 전송 중 암호화(TLS 1.2+) 및 저장 시 암호화(AES-256), 최소 권한 액세스 제어, 감사 로깅, 공급업체 위험 검토.
- 적정성 결정 가능한 경우(예: 참여 처리자를 위한 EU – 미국 데이터 프라이버시 프레임워크).

§ 6 · 데이터 보관
각 범주의 개인 데이터는 합법적인 목적이 있는 기간 동안만 보유합니다. 기본값은 다음과 같습니다:

§ 9 · 아동 데이터
LaserGlobal.ai is a business-to-business platform intended for laser professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact our Privacy Office and we will delete it.
§ 10 · 정책 변경
이 정책은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 배너를 통해 로그인한 사용자에게 알리며, 필요한 경우 이메일로도 알립니다. 아래 변경 로그는 전체가 아닙니다 — 실제 문서가 항상 권위 있는 버전입니다.
